Two new references in this collection: “Expression Brut de fût” and “Expression 45”.
The latter has benefited from a slow dilution to reach… 45%! It was aged in French oak barrels and then in ex-cognac barrels and has a limited number of 4250 bottles.
The “brut de fût” was also aged (15 months) in French oak barrels and then in ex-cognac barrels and is bottled at natural degree and without cold filtration.
