The 2020 confidentials of the Bologne house are now available.
Honor “the old” with the Cask Strength, a 2008 vintage that was aged 12 years in French oak.
The second confidential release is bolder, a 2014 vintage that was aged 6 years in French oak, followed by a finish in Sauternes casks. This “brut de fût” has been bottled at 49.9%.
