After “La Coulisse”, one of the oldest plots of the estate, Bologne is back with “La Batterie”, a 100% black cane plot-based white rum.
Distilled in copper columns, this new parcel-based cuvée takes its name from a parcel of land that Louis Sargenton Callard, who acquired the sugar factory in 1930, was keen to buy back in order to reconstitute the original house. The plot of the battery enjoys a dry and sunny climate.
