This is a rum that has stayed 15 months in stainless steel tanks for its maturation/reduction (as a reminder, the Black Cane is matured 12 months). Remember that the minimum maturation time required by the PGI Guadeloupe is 3 weeks and that the entry-level rums for Bologne are rested for 3 months.
