Trois Rivières rums unveil a new Triple Vintage (the fourth), a new blend by Daniel Baudin for the 2001, 2005 and 2011 vintages: “I brought together the 2005 and 2011 vintages, which complement each other through their maturation in French oak barrels from Limousin and a touch of cognac barrels. I also added the older 2001 vintage, which brings the smoothness and roundness of aging in American ex-bourbon barrels.
