6 years after its last bottling, Rhum Rhum PMG is back on the market.
This white rum, originally a collaboration between Lucas Gargano and Gianni Vittorio Capovilla, is being bottled again.
After fermenting for 5/6 days in open vats, the juice is distilled in repasse stills, now installed at the Père Labat distillery, and then left to rest in vats for at least a year.
