Cabrakán: the arranged of Normandy in the country of the calvados

Cabrakán, a new player in the world of “arrangé”, created by Pauline and Romain in the heart of Calvados, more precisely, Isigny-sur-Mer.

Cabrakán

Cabrakán (pronounced Cabra “cane”, like sugar cane) refers to the god of mountains and earthquakes in Mayan mythology. This reference is also found on the beautiful colored labels.

The rum used to develop the macerations is a white agricole rum from Domaine de Bellevue. Spices and citrus fruits are then added but in stainless steel tanks so that “the taste when the bottle is opened will remain the same until the last drop, for each production”.

The result is six references: Apple-Cinnamon, Pear-Ginger, Strawberry-Lime-Basil, Raspberry, Mango-Passion, Pineapple Victoria. A handcrafted production, from the cutting of the fruit to the bottling, labeling, and corking.
