After Cihuatán, HSE and La Favorite, it’s off to Guadeloupe. Christian has chosen the Longueteau distillery, with a brut de fût old rum that happens to be the first and only from the Longueteau distillery, aged twice: 3 years in American oak barrels and then 4 years in French oak barrels.
