Tijuca Single Organic, the organic cachaça

Second reference of the brand, Tijuca Single Organic is a blend of three cachaças.


It is also the first reference of the brand with organic farming. The sugarcane, certified organic, is cultivated on the site of Fazenda without any pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizer.

It is cut by hand and processed on site within 24 hours of harvest. After a natural fermentation, the distillation is done in a single pass through a copper still.

The cachaças are rested in stainless steel tanks and for some of them, aged in French oak barrels and Jequitibá rosa, a sacred tree of the Brazilian Cerrado, for one to two years. The bottling is done in the Cognac region on a packaging line certified by ECOCERT, a historical actor of the organic farming certification.
