The Jénérasyon Doilo cuvée, made from pure juice, has been aged for five years in old cognac barrels and new French oak barrels, benefiting from strong and intense toasting. It was bottled after blending and reduction.
Tasting notes provided by the producer:
The first nose reveals an elegant floral complexity with aromas of white flowers. These are mingled with delicious pastry notes, evoking vanilla and a hint of cinnamon.
On the second nose, the profile develops further with accents of caramel, refined woody nuances, and a mineral touch that brings freshness and balance.
The attack is soft and fruity, marked by exotic flavors of green mango and papaya. The texture is rich and syrupy, offering a velvety and enveloping sensation.
The length on the palate is remarkable, leaving a persistent and harmonious finish.
