The Ricci Family’s ‘Zodiac’ range is expanding, with three new signs for three new destinations.
“Lion” is a single cask from Belize, vintage 2006 from Traveller’s. A 17-year-old aged in old bourbon casks.
“Balance’ is a blend of 25% Jamaican rum (HPDN 2014) and 75% rum from Marie-Galante (Bielle 2017), also aged in bourbon casks.
Finally, ‘Vierge’, a 15-year-old from Trinidad (Ten Cane), vintage 2008.
