New collection for Karukera: Empyrhum

A range comprising four pure cane juice products. Its name comes from the empyreumatic aromas (smoky, toasted notes, etc.) depending on the different barrels, in this case oak, and types of toasting.

#1 has been aged for over 3 years in new 350-liter French oak barrels, giving it a slightly peaty profile. #2, aged for over 6 years, reveals toasty notes. #3 stands out with a more toasty character after more than 6 years in casks. Finally, #4 has also been aged for more than 6 years, but in Caucasian oak casks, giving it a fresher profile.
