On the menu: Jamaica, Trinidad and Barbados.
Jamaica, a 2016 vintage, is a molasses rum aged for 4 years in American barrels in Jamaica, then matured a second time in Provence in French oak ex-vin doux Naturel de très vieux Rasteau for a further 2 years.
The Trinidad, also a 2016 vintage, is a molasses rum aged for three years in American barrels and then for a further four years in the south of France in American Ex-Rye whisky barrels (Roof Rye produced by Maison Ferroni).
The final destination takes us to Barbados with a 2012 vintage aged in American barrels for 8 years (in Barbados) and then 3 years in Provence in ex-Rasteau casks.
