Saint Lucia Distillers wishes to pay tribute to its flagship rum created in 1999 and to the island’s emblematic animal, the Saint Lucia parrot.
In collaboration with local artist, Daniel Jean Baptiste, the distillery presents its limited edition Eco Series N°1, a blend of rums aged in oak barrels and then blended and aged for an additional 6 months.
