This is the second batch for La Perle Fine’s A1710 rums.
For the harvest of 2020, the cane comes from the plots of Mrs. Joseph Sylvestre, Mr. Paul Octave of Ducos, and Saint-Esprit.
After a long fermentation of 5 to 7 days, the vesou is distilled twice in copper stills at intervals of several days.
