Three new additions for the Carbet distillery.
A new “Profil Équilibre” that is the result of a unique blend of Profil 107 and Mizunara oak aged in equal parts. The bottle’s design was created by Caribbean artist Carole Aurore.
Straight from the Barrel 2021 No. 278 was aged in 600-liter cognac barrels for four years in the Vevert cellar (humidity level of approximately 82% and average temperature of approximately 25.5°C).
Finally, a third batch for aging in Japanese Mizunara oak barrels.
