The second vintage in the range is a 2019, aged in ex-cognac casks for 3 years in Thailand.
It is then available as a ‘Cognac Porto’, which has been matured for a further 6 months in port casks.
The Bourbon Cerise spent 3 years in ex-bourbon casks and a further 6 months in ex-cherry liqueur casks.
The Virgin Oak is a 2021 vintage, aged (26 months) in new oak barrels, medium and long toast.
