Tia is the first rum produced in Corsica!
It is fermented and distilled in the heart of the distillery and aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, which contained vermentino from Patrimonio and Orenga de Gaffory, then in new French oak barrels created in Conca at the AB Corse cooperage.
The name “Tia” was born from the hands of Laeti “Tia” and Anthony, passionate co-founders of the Distillerie U Massicciu (which produces excellent gin and liqueurs that could not be more Corsican).
