Distilled in 2007 in pot stills, this limited edition is a blend of 21 selected casks.
Plantation Australia was first aged for 13 years in ex-bourbon casks in the cellars of Beenleigh Artisan Distillery and then for an additional year in French oak casks of Maison Ferrand in Charente.
