Based on a common recipe using organic lime juice and organic cane syrup, the AllPossibleDaiquiris range showcases artisanal rums from a variety of terroirs, revealing the unique character of each distillate. This new edition is made using Neisson’s L’Esprit Bio.
Tasting notes provided by the producer:
Nose: Delicate and precise. Initially, aromas of lime supported by notes of sugarcane juice and cane syrup create a fresh and lively first impression. With aeration, these become more licorice-like and floral (lime blossom), while still allowing the lime to predominate.
Palate: lively, fresh. True to the nose, the palate is also lemony and syrupy, with cane syrup delicately coating the palate. Then, with a mouthwatering salinity, it develops increasingly tropical tones (pineapple, passion fruit).
Finish: invigorating, tangy. Enhanced with a hint of grated ginger and cinnamon, flavors of vesou and lime of great purity flow over the taste buds. Transcending the nose and palate, the retro-olfaction sees the notes of lime, cane syrup, and vesou gain in intensity.
