After their multi-medal winning rum, Equiano Original, the brand is releasing a new younger reference, called “light”.
This new product is a blend of aged molasses rums from the Foursquare distillery in the Caribbean and pure cane juice from Gray’s distillery in Mauritius.
The Afro-Caribbean blend, with no added sugar, no spice, no coloring and no artificial flavoring, tries to combat the bad image of white rum, often neglected in favor of aged rums.
