Tasting notes provided by the producer:

Nose: Fresh and sweet at the same time. Aromas of salted butter caramel, mango, chocolate, beeswax, and cherry. Spicier and fruitier notes, particularly apricot, add character.

Palate: Fine and dynamic, with a silky texture. Flavors of cocoa, ginger, and pine resin blend gently. Then, fruity notes of orange, mango, and wild strawberry appear.

Finish: Rich and generous. It evokes a lightly caramelized apricot tart, then opens up to woody and autumnal nuances, reminiscent of chestnut and licorice. The finish is also slightly medicinal, with a sweetness of cane sugar and a vegetal touch.
