Dive into the heart of Stade’s Rum with two new expressions.

Two Taps is a 2019 vintage distilled in the Vulcan triple chamber still, the last original example still in operation. Restored in 2018 thanks to Henderson “Digger” Skinner, a veteran of Stade’s, this still owes its name to a tradition passed down from generation to generation: when it jams, all you have to do is give it two little taps with a pipe…
“Fusion” is a blend of fresh cane juice and molasses from Port Vale, the last sugar factory still in operation on the island of Barbados. Distilled in the Old Gregg pot still, dating from the early 1900s, the two distillates are blended and aged for three years in ex-bourbon barrels in Barbados.
