“Cantique” is an aged rum, vintage 2020, made from organic blue cane. The decanter is wrapped in bakoua weaving, handmade by an Établissement et Service d’Aide par le Travail (ESAT, whose objective is to promote the social and professional integration of people with disabilities) in Martinique.
“Confessions” is a blend of rums aged between 2 and 4 years in a selection of oak barrels: new barrels, ex-bourbon barrels, ex-white port barrels, and ex-red port barrels.
