This is the eighth release in the Master Blender collection, and this time, Trudiann Branker, Master Blender at Mount Gay, has chosen to highlight the influence of ageing rum in the tropics in casks that previously contained cognac. The casks come from Rémy Martin and are made of coarse-grained French oak sourced from the forests of Limousin.
