
This Colombian rum was first aged for 8 years in American oak casks, before undergoing a 2-to-3-month finish in casks that had held a coffee liqueur, followed by a further 2 months in ex-casks from the French distillery Rozelieures Tourbé (peated).

Nose: coffee, cereals, spices, vanilla.
Palate: subtle smoke, round, roasted, dried fruits, vegetal.
Finish: lively, indulgent, roasted coffee.
