The little Martinican distillery never ceases to amaze. It celebrates its first anniversary this year and is about to launch two new white rums called \u201cLa Perle Rare\u201d (the real gem), at 52% and 52.5% ABV, both produced from sugarcane grown on an organic land (ECOCERT certified), of two different varieties: the B69-566 (blue sugarcane) and the R597 (red sugarcane).<\/p>\n

The distillation process is also entirely certified organic, a true feat for a small distillery still looking for recognition. 1,600 bottles will be sold in total. Two limited single-parcel, single-variety editions, a rare opportunity for lovers of extraordinary whites.<\/p>\n
