After three very successful years, the Rhum Fest Paris organizers are looking forward to their 4<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span> edition. The official poster, unveiled recently on Facebook, gives an idea of this year\u2019s direction.\u00a0 <\/span>Mark your calendars for 22 and 23 April (public days) and 24 April (professional day).\u00a0 <\/span>Don\u2019t forget to vote before you start tasting since the 23<\/span>rd<\/sup><\/span> is the first round of the presidential elections.\u00a0 <\/span>Beware of potential hangovers on the morning of the 24<\/span>th<\/sup><\/span>!<\/span><\/p>\n

The location is also set: Once again, the Parc Floral in Paris will serve as the venue. The poster design gives a nod to the park and its peacocks that roam freely within its borders and have become official mascots of the festival.<\/span><\/p>\n

As good Rumporters, we have gleaned some interesting information on the location and can already announce that the exhibition area will be enlarged to what was previously the VIP area, and the number of tickets will be reduced by 25%. The organizers\u2019 objective is to create a more comfortable environment for visitors and to ultimately allow for easier and more in-depth interaction with the exhibitors.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finally, this year\u2019s title \u201cRoute des Ar\u00f4mes\u201d reflects the Rhum Fest team\u2019s desire for a more organoleptic and pedagogical approach \u2013 as opposed to just a festival spirit – in order to pay tribute to the impressive rise of our favorite spirit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Stay tuned for more information as the program unfolds and, in the meantime, we invite you to take advantage of the traditional Christmas promo (on sale here)<\/a> for a show whose entrance fees have increased slightly to reflect the increase in the range of rum, but also one that the organizers (particularly through promotions like this) want to remain accessible to all passionate consumers.<\/span><\/p>\n
