The Demon\u2019s Share 12 Years now comes in a metal gift box with two \u00abCulbuto\u00bb glasses.<\/p>\n

A rum made from a blend of molasses rums from Panama, matured for a minimum of 12 years in American oak casks previously used to age bourbon.<\/p>\n

Tasting note provided by the producer:<\/strong> Nose: Attack \u2013 warm, pronounced; Mid-palate \u2013 dried exotic fruits, caramelised apple and pear; Finish \u2013 bitter orange zest, cocoa, mild tobacco. Palate: Attack \u2013 liquorice, spices; Mid-palate \u2013 herbaceous notes, cocoa, citrus, grilled wood. Finish: coffee, cardamom.<\/p>\n

Dark and Stormy recipe.<\/strong> Ingredients: 50 ml The Demon\u2019s Share 12-year-old rum, 10 ml lime juice, 3 dashes of Angostura bitters, 90 ml ginger beer. Method: pour all the ingredients except the rum directly into a glass filled with ice and stir briefly. Then gently pour the rum over the cocktail to create the stormy effect. Garnish: a lime slice. Glass: highball.<\/p>\n
