A newcomer to the \u00abLes Classiques\u00bb range, \u00c9pices Douces is a blend of agricole rums from the French West Indies, slowly infused with citrus and a selection of spices: tonka bean, cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon.<\/p>\n

Tasting note provided by the producer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nose:<\/strong> opens on spicy notes. Vanilla and cinnamon come first, followed by notes of cocoa and tonka bean with slightly roasted accents.<\/p>\n

Palate:<\/strong> round and harmoniously spiced. The attack is soft and pastry-like. The French West Indies agricole rum provides a fine structure, supporting the cocoa and vanilla notes, while the tonka bean brings an elegant aromatic depth. Kumquat adds liveliness.<\/p>\n

Finish:<\/strong> long and warm, marked by the persistence of sweet spices and roasted notes.<\/p>\n
