Nose: bright citrus, mineral notes, buttered caramel, white rose followed by sweet and tangy notes.
\nPalate: brown sugar, plum, grapefruit, green apple, and pear, enhanced by a peppery and herbaceous touch.<\/p>\n

\"Mount<\/p>\n

Single Estate 25_04 Vt19dp is a blend of two separate pot still distillations. It is then aged for 5 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes provided by the producer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nose: lively notes of green apple and red berries mingled with hints of jasmine and white rose, evolving into comforting notes of toffee, vanilla, and gingerbread.<\/p>\n

Palate: Captivating floral aromatics of cherry and red fruit, followed by a slight smoky saltiness, lively oak, and delicate floral notes. A slight bitterness adds depth, while caramel and red fruit create a harmonious balance.<\/p>\n
