Tasting notes provided by the producer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nose: The initial nose is refined and elegant, marked by noble woody notes, blond tobacco, and bourbon vanilla. As it opens up, the rum reveals subtle aromas of toffee, dried fruit (figs, dates), and light sweet spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg.<\/p>\n

Palate: The attack is supple and round, carried by flavors of melting caramel and brown sugar, quickly balanced by the presence of wood and spices. The mid-palate reveals indulgent notes of toffee, candied fruit, and a hint of cocoa. The whole is structured and elegant, without excessive sweetness.<\/p>\n

Finish: Long and silky, the finish prolongs the aromas of blond tobacco, sweet spices, and toasted wood, with a beautiful persistence of vanilla and a hint of licorice.<\/p>\n
