Initially, aromas of lime supported by notes of sugarcane juice and cane syrup create a fresh and lively first impression. With aeration, these become more licorice-like and floral (lime blossom), while still allowing the lime to predominate.<\/p>\n<p>Palate: lively, fresh. True to the nose, the palate is also lemony and syrupy, with cane syrup delicately coating the palate. Then, with a mouthwatering salinity, it develops increasingly tropical tones (pineapple, passion fruit).<\/p>\n<p>Finish: invigorating, tangy. Enhanced with a hint of grated ginger and cinnamon, flavors of vesou and lime of great purity flow over the taste buds.
