Tasting notes provided by the producer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nose: earthy notes give way to aromas of caramel, fine wood, dried fruit, raisins, vanilla, and a hint of subtle smoke.<\/p>\n

Palate: a smooth and silky attack, beautiful complexity marked by oak, plum and raisin, with a long, refined finish. Neither too powerful nor too timid: a model of harmony.<\/p>\n
