The double fusion agent is a white rum made from the co-fermentation of molasses and cane juice (2021 harvest). It is then rested for 2 years in a stainless steel vat.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes provided by the producer<\/h3>\n

On the nose:<\/strong> Sweet, with notes of honey and soft butterscotch.<\/p>\n

On aeration:<\/strong> Cane sugar, fresh, spicy notes (mint, liquorice). On opening, salty, almost briny notes.<\/p>\n

Palate:<\/strong> Smooth, full and silky. Notes that are both sweet and fresh, like a honey and pine sap pastille, and baker’s notes: sourdough, breadcrumbs, etc.<\/p>\n

Finish:<\/strong> Persistent, a blend of sweetness (cane syrup) and freshness.<\/p>\n
