Santa Teresa 1796 \u2013 Solera Rum<\/h2>\n

Nose:<\/strong> vanilla, citrus and flowers, tarte Tatin and dried banana, salted butter caramel.<\/p>\n

Palate:<\/strong> round, gourmand, delicate, toasted corn, coconut, chocolate, almond, honey.<\/p>\n

Finish:<\/strong> dry, long, tobacco, spicy, coffee and tropical fruits.<\/p>\n

Santa Teresa 1796 – Speyside whisky cask finish – triple aged solera rum – limited edition batch n\u00b01<\/h2>\n

Color:<\/strong> mahogany<\/p>\n

Nose:<\/strong> cooked and stewed fruit, dried fruit cake, a farandole of spices and a hint of smoke, vanilla, leather, caramel, flamb\u00e9ed banana, chestnut, walnut.<\/p>\n

Palate:<\/strong> round, gourmand, melting caramel, apricot, almond, dark chocolate, allspice, malted barley, tobacco, campfire.<\/p>\n

Finish:<\/strong> long, woody, dried with a peppery, herbal and malty sensation, creamy and roasted, cappuccino.<\/p>\n

Comparison with Solera Rum: 6% more and finished for 13 months in Speyside Scotch whisky casks, giving it a more intense, woody, spicy, malty and smoky character on dried fruit and chocolate.<\/p>\n
