New vintages for Bielle rums.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Bielle<\/p>\n

Honouring the old with a brut de f\u00fbt that aged 17 years before being bottled in a limited edition decanter, a 2004 vintage.<\/p>\n

Tasting notes provided by the producer:<\/h3>\n

Nose: Complex aromas of candied fruit underlined by gingerbread, discreet hint of old wood.<\/p>\n

Palate: Finesse and complexity with notes of toast, giving way to a full, silky mouth.<\/p>\n

Finish: Magnificent length rounds off this very old, rare agricultural rum with a unique flavour.<\/p>\n

Also a 2013 vintage bottled in 2023, 10 years of ageing in ex-bourbon casks.<\/p>\n

Nose: Intensity and aromatic complexity on old wood and spices.<\/p>\n

Palate: Powerful and full-bodied with stewed fruit, hints of old walnuts and prunes.<\/p>\n

Finish: Generous and long<\/p>\n
