Three new bottlings for Swell de Spirits.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"Swell<\/strong>Swell de spirits Saturnal MexicoIndependent bottler Michael Barbaria has teamed up with Mexican partners to create \u201cLos Convidados\u201d, a company whose first bottling is called Satvrnal. A high esters rum made from local molasses, double distilled in pot stills, fermented for 3 weeks in a wooden vat, then left to rest for over 6 months in a double-jacket.

Also in the new selection, a white agricultural rum from Papa Rouyo, distilled in 2022 and left to rest in stainless steel tanks.<\/p>\n

Last but not least, we head for Reunion Island, and more specifically Isautier, for a collaboration between Michael and Cyril Isautier’s teams. An aged agricultural rum distilled in 2011 and aged in ex-cognac casks. A single cask aged full tropical.<\/p>\n
